Power-Washing
In addition to cleaning commercial hoods, our staff can power-wash the kitchen, keeping it as clean as possible.
The NFPA, National Fire Protection Agency, requires all kitchen exhaust hood cleaners to be trained and certified.
Inspections of Exhaust Systems
The entire exhuastshall be inspected by a properly trained, qualified, and certified company or person(s) acceptable to the authority having jurisdiction in accordance with table 11.3, www.nfpa.org.
